Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Send clear photos of the problem. If your order arrived damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll review it and work with you on a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Size or change of mind
Contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Eligibility can depend on the item because many LivEƎvi⅃ pieces are produced on demand.
